Against All Odds is a Hot Pursuit event featured in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010) and Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, and it is a racer career event.
The event is unlocked by beating Jet Set. It can be accessed from the Grand Ocean Coast racer node on the career map, and is an Exotic Series event.
Route[]
The event starts heading southeast on Sunset Drive. The racers continue down the entirety of this road, after which they continue on Mission Beach. After crossing the motorway, they drive down Hope Road. At the end of the road, the route turns left and the racers continue on Silver Creek Road. The finish line is located towards the end of this road, past the town of Eastwood.

Racer Suspects[]
There are two racer suspects participating in the event alongside the player.
- A Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible (Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered)
- A Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Stirling Moss (Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010))
- A Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster
If the player chooses a vehicle driven by one of the other suspects, that suspect will drive a Lamborghini Reventón Roadster instead.
SCPD Units[]
Two SCPD Lamborghini Murciélago LP 640 Speed Enforcement units will be engaged in pursuit from the start. Additional units will engage in pursuit if the previous units are taken out. These units will use Helicopter Support, Roadblocks, and Spike Strips.
