The V10 R8 has acceleration as its best trait, since it is comparable to the fastest A Class cars in the game including the BMW M1 Procar. Its nitrous boost is above average as well. It feels responsive in corners and rarely tends to understeer, although a few cars such as the Porsche 991 Carrera S might be better. Its stock top speed is 190 mph (306 km/h). The SpeedBoost variant is capable of 202 mph (326 km/h).
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010)Edit
The Audi R8 5.2 FSI quattro appears in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010) as a Super class Racer vehicle and as a Rapid Deployment class police vehicle.
The Racer variant of the Audi R8 5.2 Coupe is only available as part of the SCPD Rebels Pack downloadable content for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 releases. The Police variant requires 843,000 Bounty points to be unlocked.
