Caterham is a British car manufacturer specialised in building super-lightweight production vehicles.
Their cars currently in production is the Lotus Seven-based Caterham Seven series, which Lotus sold the design to Caterham in 1973, and the track-only SP/300.R.
Caterham is also an active participant in motorsport events, hosting the Caterham Academy and Caterham Racing Championship. Recent years also saw the establishment of GP2 and Formula One team with Caterham name.
