Need for Speed: WorldEdit
The Z06 Carbon Limited Edition was made available in Need for Speed: World on December 9th, 2011 as a Tier 3 vehicle for SpeedBoost. Since August 22nd, 2012, it has been featured as a 'A' Class vehicle.
The Z06 Carbon Limited Edition is faster than both the original Z06 and ZR1 in terms of acceleration, which is slightly weaker than the Pagani Zonda F's. It has great handling though not as stable as the ZR1, and an average nitrous boost. Top speed is 214 mph (345 km/h).
The "Beauty '12" Z06 Carbon was released on February 7th, 2012 along side the "Beast" Lexus LFA and went on retirement during 2012. It was re-released on February 12th, 2013 for 3,840.
It is modified with a series of 2-star Skill Mods and Gromlen Race Tuned parts, which improve its overall rating to 689 and performance including a top speed of 222 mph (357km/h). It is also modified with Aftermarket Parts and a unique "The Beauty" paint job.
Need for Speed: The RunEdit
The Z06 Carbon Limited Edition appears in Need for Speed: The Run as a Tier 4 vehicle. It is available from the beginning.
The Corvette's advantage is its quick acceleration and high top speed. It has a "Challenging" handling rating as it tends to oversteer in high speed corners.
The Dr Pepper Z06 has five additional horsepower but the Cross Corvette does not feature any performance upgrades.
The Z06 Carbon Limited Edition also comes in various trims including two NFS Edition editions, a Tommy Milner Signature Edition, a Dr Pepper Edition and a Cross Edition. They are unlocked differently in the game;
- Tier 4 (Cross) - Earn a gold medal for all Carbon Challenges.*
- Tier 4 (Dr. Pepper) - Dr. Pepper Prize.
- Tier 5 (NFS Edition) - Beat 10 Objectives in the Exotic Playlist.
- Tier 6 (NFS Edition) - Available from the beginning.
- Tier 6 (Milner) - Reach Driver Level 24.
*The Carbon Challenge Series is available with purchase of the Heroes and Villains Pack or featured as part of a pre-order bonus.
Each of these vehicles has a "Challenging" handling rating with the exception of the Tier 5 NFS Edition, which has a "Normal" handling rating.
They reuse the driving traits of the standard model but are upgraded for higher performance numbers. The Dr Pepper Z06 has five additional horsepower but the Cross Corvette does not feature any performance upgrades.
