The Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport (C7) is a sports coupe manufactured by Chevrolet that entered production on July 11, 2016 following its reveal at the Geneva Auto Show in March 2016.
With the previous Grand Sport being the best selling trim for the C6 generation, Chevrolet knew they had to make the C7 Grand Sport a worthy contender.
Its main focus is to be a middle ground between the Stingray and the Z06 by offering a greater emphasis on handling and racing performance.
The body reprises elements of the Stingray, such as the engine, and the Z06 body.
Fitted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres, a Brembo brake system, and an electronic limited-slip differential, the handling of the Grand Sport gains some immediate stopping power and exceptional response.
