The Fiat Grande Punto (also known as Fiat Punto) is a small hatchback, which was produced from 2005 until 2009 when it was replaced by the Punto Evo, which is a facelifted version of the car.
Critics value the Fiat Grande Punto as an vast improvement compared to earlier Punto generations in terms of quality and reliability.
Need for Speed: Most Wanted
The Fiat Punto only appears in Need for Speed: Most Wanted and can be purchased for $27,000 at the beginning of game.
It has precise handling and can be competitive against stronger vehicles by extensive upgrading but has a somewhat low top speed during a later progress in the career mode.
Due to its small size, it can pull off quick manoeuvres with the use of Speedbreaker in pursuits although its size and mass mean that it is insufficient for ramming police vehicles. It can only go around roadblocks as ramming them head on will bring the car to a halt.
- The Fiat Punto in Need for Speed: Most Wanted comes with non-factory OZ wheels as standard.
- This is the only vehicle produced by Fiat to appear in a Need for Speed title.
- The second bodykit option for this car is similar to the one on the Fiat Punto S2000. Further modifications will make it an almost direct in-game replica.
- During a pursuit, dispatch will refer to the Punto as a sports car.
