"Free" Part #5 is a collectible free part featured in Need for Speed (2015) that can be collected at any time.
Acquiring the part from the parked Ford F-150 will reward the player with an EL Manifold performance part, and it can be found in their garage inbox. The part can not be reacquired from a truck once claimed, and it can not be fitted to another car after it has been installed.

The pickup truck carrying the part can be found parked in between a row of wooden board fences and yellow parking barriers underneath Interstate 5 near the VB Petrochemical Plant, South Port.
