Outlaw Missions

Outlaw Missions require the player to meet various Pursuit time and fine targets, as well as race events with high police presence.

They are given by Travis who will initially send anonymous messages to the player. After completing a high number of mission objectives, Outlaw Icon Morohoshi-san will race with the player in a series of race events with high police activity.

The final mission objective sees the player racing with his crew and Morohoshi-san in a Sprint Race with very high police activity.
