The 2010 Ferrari 599 GTO (F141) is a grand touring car manufactured by Ferrari.

Introduced as a road-legal version of the track-only 599XX, it was based on the 599 GTB Fiorano.

The 599 GTO is the third car in Ferrari's history to carry GTO in its name, after the 250 GTO and the 288 GTO. It has many features that were carried over from the 599XX including the engine, crankshaft, exhaust manifold, and intakes.

Other notable features include the reduction of weight over the 599 GTB, wider tyres with 285/30 on the front and 315/35 on the rear compared to the GTB's 245/40 and 305/35, and the inclusion of Ferrari's CCM2 carbon ceramic brakes as standard.

It had a limited production run of 599 units.
