Oil Refinery is a Circuit event that appears in Need for Speed: Most Wanted.
It is the first part of the Rival Challenge with Blacklist #2 - Bull - within the career mode.

Players start at the refinery and race through Camden Beach. It is a long route with several paths through the refinery.
Trivia[]
- The opening cinematic of the event shows the player approaching the starting line and Bull slowly driving down from the ramp of the refinery before proceeding to race.
