The 1979 BMW M1 Procar (E29) is a race car from BMW that was used between 1979 and 1980 in the BMW M1 Procar Championship.
The M1 Procar Championship was created due to motorsport rules and regulations having changed during the M1's development, which prevented it from entering most motorsport events.
