It takes place in Olympic City's downtown area along Main Street.
In its forward configuration, it starts in a commercial area and ends in a park.

Its two variations can be unlocked by progressing through Underground Mode:
- Forward: Win event #20 - "Saturday Night Drive".
- Reverse: Win event #55 - "All The Eyes Are On You".
