Mitsubishi is a Japanese automotive manufacturer founded in 1970 (Parent company Mitsubishi Group was founded in 1870). Generally the company is known for its AWD cars like the Lancer Evolution and Pajero.

Their cars were sold outside of Japan thanks to a partnership with Chrysler. In the present day, they are released independently, although Mitsubishi continues to provide Chrysler with engines.
