Derelicts

Derelicts are cars in Need for Speed: Payback that can be restored using parts found across Fortune Valley.

There are five derelicts that can be rebuilt using abandoned parts, but an initial clue must be acquired from defeating a street league boss before their parts can be collected. The first clue will lead to a chassis and, upon collecting it, will unlock clues to an additional four locations of items needed to rebuilt the derelict.

Finding all parts for a derelict will allow Rav to rebuild it at any garage. A derelict being rebuilt by Rav can be assigned either a race, drift, drag, off-road, or runner class before being completed.

Rebuilding all five derelict cars will unlock them for purchase from any dealership.

With the Speedcross Story Bundle, derelicts can not be built into a speedcross class car by Rav, as they have to be purchased from the speedcross dealership, but can only be purchased once all five derelicts have been built.

Chevrolet Bel Air 1955

The chassis of a Chevrolet Bel Air can be found upon completing the Jess: Runner questline.

A clue will highlight the location of the chassis, and collecting it in Silver Rock will reveal clues for all subsequent parts needed for rebuilding the Bel Air.

Chevrolet C10 Sidestep Pickup 1965

The chassis of a Chevrolet C10 Sidestep Pickup can be found upon completing the Tyler: Riot Club questline.

A clue will be given by Big Sister of Riot Club, highlighting the location of the chassis, and collecting it in Silver Canyon will reveal clues for all subsequent parts needed for rebuilding the C10 Sidestep Pickup.

Ford Mustang 1965

The chassis of a Ford Mustang can be found upon completing the Tyler: Graveyard Shift questline.

A clue will be given by La Catrina of Graveyard Shift, highlighting the location of the chassis, and collecting it in Silver Canyon will reveal clues for all subsequent parts needed for rebuilding the Mustang.
