The SE-R Spec V was the flagship of the B15 Nissan Sentra and modified with several performance improvements such as a 2.5L inline-four engine, harder suspension and a limited slip differential.

In 2004, the SE-R Spec V was updated with a facelift.

The Sentra SE-R Spec V is featured in Need for Speed: Underground. It is unlocked upon completing event 24.

A Nismo themed variant of the car can be unlocked upon collecting 170,000 style points. It is featured with upgraded performance, Nismo vinyls and other visual modifications.

The Sentra SE-R Spec V is featured in Need for Speed: Underground Rivals. It is available for $21,000.

The Sentra SE-R Spec V is featured in Need for Speed: Underground 2 as a stage 2 unlock after completing URL event 3.

The Sentra is a nimble car with slight drawbacks in acceleration and top speed when compared to other cars unlocked during stage 2 and stage 3.

• In the PC release of Need for Speed: Underground, players may enter the cheat code 922sentra after entering the Statstics menu and pressing the delete button. This will unlock the Sentra for Quick Race play. Entering the cheat code givemenismo will unlock the Nismo variant.
