Several engine upgrades are included in the SR3 RS as well as a stiffer chassis and improved aerodynamics. The name RS is a reference to the original SR3's victory at the UK's Rockingham Motor Speedway.
Shift 2: Unleashed
The Radical SR3 RS appears in Shift 2: Unleashed with a 1629 performance index rating and 4,86 handling rating. It is classed a Modern GTX car and purchasable for $120,000.
Because of its light chassis, the SR3 RS can accelerate quickly. As it was principally designed for track use, the SR3 RS is capable of high speed cornering and retains a sufficient traction at any speed. Top speed is lacking in comparison to other A-classed vehicles due to it having a relatively small superbike engine.
The SR3 RS shares a bug with the Caterham Superlight R500, in which the front wheels will visually turn from lock-to-lock instantly. This does not affect the handling in any way.
