Scion is a division of Toyota Motors Corporation founded in 2002. Scion's main audience were young people, who need a low cost, reliable, sporty, and yet comfortable car. Scion branded models were only sold in the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
On February 3rd, 2016, Toyota announced that the Scion name was to be dropped and Scion cars rolling out from mid-2016 would be badged as Toyota models.
