The Trap is the tenth Job mission in Need for Speed: Undercover.
The Job starts with the player driving along the Palm Harbor Causeway at 9:11 a.m. The player rams into Zack Maio's Volkswagen Scirocco with orders to bring him into custody.
Chase Linh tells the player to take out Zack but he believes that the player is attempting to race him.
Chase calls the player after they bust Zack and tells them that they did good as well as ordering them to leave the scene as she has called for clean-up.
Chase calls the player again once the mission has finished and says that Zack's brother Hector is the real target even though they did a good job taking down Zack. She adds that there is no room for personal feelings and orders the player to take Hector down immediately.
If the player chooses to start the job through Quick Race, they will be provided a white Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X.
